Travel to the homestead

Enjoy an early home-cooked cabin breakfast before heading to the Talkeetna airport, where we will embark upon an incredibly scenic flight to the ranch. Over approximately 150 miles, there is an excess of opportunity for aerial captures of the landscape below as we fly through the Alaska Range. This is an exciting opportunity to look for moose, bear, caribou, and other Alaskan wildlife. Upon landing, we will meet our host, Morgan, settle into our cabins and enjoy tea and snacks before loosening up any travel stiffness with an afternoon ride on the ranch’s beautiful Icelandic horses. The day will end with a farm-to-table prepared dinner amidst a view of the Alaska Range and Mount Hesperus.
